Welcome to Divya Solitaire. This Shipping Policy outlines how we ship your orders, what you can expect in terms of delivery times, costs, and handling of shipments so you can shop with clarity and confidence.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Custom / corporate / personalized orders may take longer (usually 3-5 business days) depending on complexity.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with courier & tracking details.
2. SHIPPING REGIONS
Domestic Shipping: We deliver across India to most PIN codes.
Restricted Locations: Some remote or hilly areas / certain PIN codes may have delayed delivery / may not be serviceable. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will inform you.
International Shipping (if applicable): At present, international deliveries are subject to customs, duties & local postal/courier conditions. These costs are responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.

* Delivery times are approximate and begin after the processing time. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, courier logistics, or other unforeseen factors.
4. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight/volume of products & shipping option selected.
Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (e.g. orders over ₹X), subject to terms.
For large / bulk corporate orders, shipping cost may be negotiated or absorbed depending on order volume/location.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once dispatched, you’ll receive courier details & tracking number via email / SMS.
You can track your package using the courier’s website or via link we provide.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If a product arrives damaged, please inspect package at delivery and report damage within 24 hours via email / phone, sending photos of both packaging & product.
For lost shipments (no tracking update, or confirmed lost by courier), contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and either resend the item or refund as per our discretion.
7. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS IN RELATION TO SHIPPING
Cancellation requests before dispatch will be accepted; after dispatch, cancellation depends on courier policies & additional charges may apply.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) will depend on reason for return / damage etc., as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. SPECIAL / BULK ORDERS
Corporate / bulk orders might have different shipping terms: may require lead time, custom packaging, scheduled shipments.
For such orders, we will provide a quotation including shipping timelines and charges before confirmation.
9. DISCLAIMER
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural calamities, public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen disruptions.
Any customs, import duties, or local taxes for international deliveries (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.
