At Divya Solitaire, we take great care to deliver premium gifting products in perfect condition. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and trust for all our customers.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags/labels intact.

  • Personalized/customized items (e.g., engraved, printed, corporate branded gifts) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged/defective.

2. TIMEFRAME

  • You must request a return/refund within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.

  • Beyond this window, we may not be able to process claims.

3. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact our customer care via email/phone with order ID, reason for return, and product photos.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup OR ask you to courier the product to our warehouse.

  3. After inspection, your refund/exchange will be processed.

4. REFUND METHOD

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, Wallet, UPI).

  • Refund processing usually takes 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

5. EXCHANGES

  • If you prefer an exchange instead of refund, we will arrange replacement (same item or another product of equal value).

  • Exchange depends on product availability.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Personalized/customized gifts

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Perishable/fragile items (e.g., chocolates, flowers, food hampers)

  • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable content

7. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may request return/refund as per the above policy.

8. DAMAGES & CLAIMS

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

  • If damage is discovered after opening, share photos/videos within 24 hours for faster resolution.

9. SPECIAL / BULK ORDERS

  • Corporate and bulk orders may have separate cancellation/return terms mentioned in the quotation or agreement.
